ONSITE OPPORTUNITY

This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Development Representative is one of the first points of contact in our sales cycle, helping our sales team to identify and cultivate leads that have the potential to become iHomefinder Max clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Have a complete technical understanding of the unique iHomefinder suite of products
• You will use calling, emailing and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Direct Sales team
• Develop a pipeline of quality business meetings that result in new pipeline for the all Direct Sales team members
• Maintain accurate records of all lead activity using Salesforce
• KPI driven
• Have a passion for winning and bringing problem solving technologies to struggling businesses
• The ability to build great rapport with all sales representatives
• The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude
• Performs other duties as requested by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

This is a full-time, onsite position based out of iHomefinder's Eugene, OR headquarters and pays an hourly rate of $21.64 - $28.85 with an OTE of $65,000 - $80,000.

This position will remain open through September 30th, 2025, but may remain open longer until a qualified candidate is selected.
