CPA Technical Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review periodic internal and external financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Research and document technical accounting matters and oversee the implementation of new accounting standards

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure adherence to audit requirements

Required Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field

6+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years in technical accounting roles

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations

Demonstrated analytical and research skills
