A company is looking for a Manager, Admissions & Census.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff to ensure completion of necessary information for data entry and account setup
Verify payers and demographic information, addressing complex accounts and providing direction to staff
Participate in training staff, manage policies and procedures, and collaborate on special projects
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience (5-7 years)
Minimum 5-7 years of billing and / or collections experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
Preferred experience with AS400, medical billing and coding
Proficient in data entry, MS Excel, and Word
Supervisory skills are required
