Major Broadway theatre owner-operator seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individual with a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and superior customer service skills to join the Front of House team as a Ticket Taker at the Gershwin theatre. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including Wednesday matinees, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate for this position will have a very strong work-ethic, a minimum of one (1) year prior experience working as an Usher or serving in a customer service environment, and the ability to work as a team player.
This role is a key member of our team in fulfilling our mission to create a magical Broadway theatre experience for both patrons and producers. Job duties include scanning of tickets presented by patrons for entry into the theatre, assisting patrons with navigation around the theatre, and direction to seats.

JOB HOURS
Majority of work hours will occur in the evening, with Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon shifts available, depending on performance schedule. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
NEDERLANDER PRODUCING COMPANY OF AMERICA OFFERS
Benefits and pay as governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement held with Local 306. Successful applicants will be required to make application to the union within 30 days of start.
Base pay: $116.08 per performance shift.
