San Diego Refrigeration is growing, and were looking for a sharp, organized Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to help keep our field operations running smoothly. What Youll Do

Youll be a connection point between our customers, technicians, and service team ensuring every refrigeration and HVAC request is handled efficiently, accurately, and with care.

Key responsibilities include :

• Scheduling and dispatching service technicians based on workload, skill set, and customer needs.
• Communicating clearly and consistently with technicians, supervisors, and customers to relay updates, resolve issues, and keep work on track.
• Preparing and managing work orders, service schedules, and job documentation.
• Invoicing completed service calls and maintaining accurate records of labor, materials, and expenses.
• Supporting service operations with estimates, purchase orders, and maintenance tracking.
• Following up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of all work.
