Your Mission
As the Assistant to the Team Leader, your mission is to execute with excellence, creating leverage that allows the Team Leader to focus on high-value activities: generating new business and closing more deals. You will be the quarterback for the team's operational and administrative functions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and enabling the team leader to operate at a higher level.

Compensation:$50,000 – $53,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:Your role is about driving outcomes. You will be responsible for:
- Operational Excellence: Attend appointments (showings, inspections, photography), Host Open Houses. show buyers.
- Client Experience Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service. Your goal is to create a 5-star experience that generates repeat and referral business.
- Lead Follow-up: Drive lead conversion by managing follow-up.
- Marketing & Listing Support: Compile high-quality marketing materials, including listing presentations, buyer packets, and training documents.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the Team Leader and the team, proactively solving problems to improve efficiency and organization.
Qualifications:- Must hold an active Residential Broker License in Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends as required by the business.
- Must provide a resume, job references, and be willing to complete a DISC assessment.
- Tech Savvy, proactive ownership, exceptional organization, resourceful problem solving, clear communication, team-first mindset & high coachability.
