Employee Benefits

At the DMC, health and well-being are important to us, so we provide a range of benefits and options to help meet the needs of all eligible employees. In addition to a range of healthcare plans, including higher and lower deductible options, we offer dental, vision and an employee assistance plan. Basic life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance are provided for free to eligible plan members.
