Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Producer to join us in our continued mission to build a best in class
Global Creative Studio for the iconic brand of VISA and the clients that we serve.
The ideal candidate will be an integrated Producer with a proven track record of producing successful, creative campaign initiatives (global campaigns a big plus) coming from an advertising agency with possible internal creative studio experience.
They should have a deep curiosity, understanding and passion for producing creative at a fast pace that lives in upper and lower funnel and a working style that can rally teams across a global organization around the delivery of highly matrixed creative campaigns, meeting deadlines, and delivering everything on time, and at a very high standard. This person needs to have a natural ability to influence and guide teams across the organization to get to the best output.
As a Senior Producer, you'll be responsible for managing the entire creative production from kickoff to delivery of all final assets. An understanding of global toolkits and the delivery of assets for a global campaign is a huge benefit.
You will be up to speed with all ai trends, with a deep understanding of how to utilize ai in production for cost and delivery efficiencies. You will keep up to speed with the best talent in the business, inspiring teams with up-and-coming directors, photographers, editors and sound specialists. You will know who to easily pivot and move at the speed at which the business demands, always having a plan to ensure we uplevel creative output, but still keep on time, and on budget.
This role will work closely with our in-house team as well as with all agency partners. SAG knowledge a plus.
This role will report into the Senior Director Global Productions.
What you'll do
Steer and deliver best in class creative campaigns
Proven leadership of multi-channel campaigns for a major brand or at a top agency, toolkit and localization expertise. This role will also operate as a key partner of the Creative Marketing service team.
Track record managing / owning 7-8 figure budgets, running bids, SOWs, and negotiating contracts with agencies and vendors. Deep experience in negotiation and innovative solutions for effective and efficient productions.
Mastery of production across live action, animation, digital and social, experiential, strong grasp of rights usage, music licensing, union and nonunion considerations. Responsible for owning the asset tracked of each asset material created and produced by the team.
Operational excellence : Project management at heart- builds processes, dashboards, and KPIs, expert with Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Frame.io, and DAMs.
Executive communication and stakeholder management, influences across a matrix, makes tradeoffs under time pressure.
Resourceful, decisive, detail obsessed, anticipates risks and drives solutions in fast moving environments.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8-12 years in creative / brand production with 3-5 years leading teams and complex vendor ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications

Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements : This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,300 to 223,100 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
