Clinician

Master's level, licensed clinician who provides clinical supervision to the All Things Possible team (ATP), assists with treatment referrals and supports staff in responding to crisis and traumatic incidences. Oversees and coordinates clinical planning, program activities, supports and services for Young Adults. Master's Degree in a clinical discipline (i.e. Social Work, Clinical / Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family, Mental Health Counseling) and experience working clinically with Young Adults with complex behavioral and emotional needs required

1. Work collaboratively with Program Director to oversee the eligibility, intake and

assessment process to meet Young Adult needs.

2. Provide clinical oversight to program assuring evidence based methodologies including

AMP and TIP are utilized and clinical services and supports for Young Adults and their

families (when indicated) are family and community based, culturally competent and

driven by the strengths of individuals.

3. Identify staff and YA / family training needs and conduct / coordinate training / workshops

4. Provide on-going orientation, consultation, and in-services to ATP staff.

5. Develop and model collaborative and partnership-oriented relationships with

YAs / families / team members.

6. Liaise with other BAMSI programs, community agencies and resources, schools, state

personnel, and others as assigned to assure a wide array of clinical supports are available

and to represent the program on clinical matters as necessary.

7. Provide clinical supervision to the ATP team..

8. Support ATP staff in response to crises and traumatic incidences.

9. Attend DMH and other appropriate meetings as assigned.

10. Attend required trainings and demonstrate continued growth and competency.

11. Perform duties to reflect agency policies and procedures.

12. Perform other related work duties as needed or as assigned by supervisor or designee.

13. Execute duties to reflect reasonable safety standards. Standard / universal precautions must

be utilized and training obtained in areas that constitute risk.

Qualifications :

1. Licensure in Social Work or related field (LICSW, LMHC, etc)

2. Master's Degree in a clinical discipline (i.e. Social Work, Clinical / Counseling

Psychology, Marriage and Family, Mental Health Counseling)

3. Experience working clinically with individuals with complex behavioral and emotional

needs required.

4. Experience working with Young Adults preferred.

5. Knowledge and understanding TIP / AMP / Wraparound preferred.

6. Ability to collaborate with Young Adults / families in the development and delivery of

services.

7. Experience with working collaboratively with state agencies and community providers.

8. Must possess a valid driver's license and own means of transportation
