Summary

A global specialty chemicals manufacturer is looking for a Sales Director to expand its silane and additive business across the U.S. market. The company develops high-performance solutions widely used in coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, and fiberglass applications. In this role, you’ll lead sales strategy, grow key accounts, and accelerate market penetration in high-demand downstream industries.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the U.S. market

Identify and cultivate opportunities across coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, and related sectors

Partner with sales team on market analysis and customer relationship management

Build and strengthen relationships with both direct clients and trader networks

Deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements

Travel extensively to develop accounts and manage client relationships

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent industry background

Proven sales experience in silane, specialty chemicals, or additives

Strong network of relationships with key accounts in coatings, adhesives, fiberglass, rubber, and related industries

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage both direct sales for large accounts and trader partnerships for mid-size clients

Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S.

Bonus Skills

Direct sales experience with silane products

Track record of driving sales growth in international markets

Multilingual communication skills for global collaboration
