We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant. AT&T has an opening for a Supply Chain Assurance Senior Specialist : To ensure efficiency, accountability, and accuracy of supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This position requires a strong background in supply chain processes. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties / Responsibilities : We are seeking a highly motivated and task-oriented Supply Chain Assurance Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain operations while maintaining high standards of accountability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, process, and maintain data for analysis to support supply chain optimization.
• Work with a team to audit locations, identify discrepancies, and adjust inventory in real time.
• Analyze, model, and optimize logistics capabilities using advanced software, including site location, resource allocation, inventory placement, transportation mode selection, freight consolidation, and other logistics strategies.
• Assist in the development of internal analysis tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, vendors, organizational leaders, team partners, and other staff members.
• Provide clear and professional communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Manage and oversee supply chain processes, including ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability, and discharge of excess property.

Required Clearance : TS / SCI with polygraph.
