The annual salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000 in New York.

Please Note : This role requires the ability to work on site 3 days per week per company policy.

The World Economic Forum is an international organization that brings together leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to build industry, regional, and global agendas, address systemic issues, and improve the state of the world.

The Global Industries Team manages over 20 global Industry Communities and engages Forum Partners from North America and Europe across these communities, the 10 Forum Centres, and events.

Why we are recruiting

We are seeking a Partner Lead (Account Manager) to develop and reinforce strategic relationships with senior executives from Forum Partner companies in the Investor Industries.

Responsibilities include :

  • Building and maintaining executive relationships with key stakeholders from CEOs to C-suite and Ex. Com. members.
  • Understanding Partners' strategies and priorities.
  • Developing strategic engagement approaches based on partner priorities and industry trends.
  • Creating tailored engagement plans to deepen partner involvement.
  • Onboarding senior executives into the Forum ecosystem.
  • Visiting partners regularly to discuss priorities and agendas.
  • Documenting all interactions in Salesforce and notifying internal teams of actions.
  • Monitoring partner news, engagement quality, and risks, and taking preventive measures.
  • Identifying opportunities for expanded engagement and upgrades.
  • Managing partner approaches, preparation, and participation in Forum events.
  • Ensuring smooth offboarding when necessary.

  • Ability to listen and quickly understand customer needs.
  • Deep knowledge of the Investor sectors and global influences.
  • Alignment of partner missions with the Forum's goals.
  • Excellent organization and tracking skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data management.
  • Collaborative approach across teams for optimal partner engagement.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior business leaders.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner visits.
