Associate Manager, Marketing

Description : Job Summary :

The Associate Marketing Manager supports the execution of assigned marketing initiatives and helps deliver the annual growth plan for Asahi Beer USA.

The role contributes to building brand equity through campaign support, innovation projects, and commercial planning. Working closely with senior team members, it ensures consistent execution across key consumer and customer touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities :

Brand & Communication Strategy Support

• Contribute to the development and execution of brand communication plans across digital and trade channels
• Share ongoing U.S. market and brand updates through internal channels (e.g., Whats on the Tap, newsletters)
• Support internal engagement initiatives such as the Brand Ambassador Program
• Respond to consumer inquiries and manage day-to-day brand presence on social media, including always-on content
• Support Marketing Managers with media planning, PR initiatives, and campaign execution
• Maintain and update the seasonal planning calendar across current and upcoming years
