We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Care Partner to join our team at Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Join our team and contribute to the surgical department of our small hospital, where every employee plays a vital role in providing quality healthcare to our community. Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and patient-centered approach to care.
• Uphold the values of MCH : Compassion, Collaboration, Honesty, and Respect.
• Other duties as assigned.
