Job descriptionDetermine donor eligibility through comprehensive medical history evaluations and physical examinations. Manage donor reactions and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures during emergencies. Collaborate closely with the Center Physician and Medical Affairs on medical and technical issues. Support vaccination programs and manage employee incidents related to health and safety. Contribute to a culture of customer service and excellence while ensuring compliance with all regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized nursing program. Current LPN or LVN license in the state where you will work. CPR and AED certification is required. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting (minimum of two years). Knowledge of plasma collection industry regulations is a plus.
