Summary :   Seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the wholesale brokerage insurance industry preferred. The individual will be senior developer / system analyst and is expected to work with business to understand requirements and support application, work with Business Analyst and QE team to ensure quality solution delivery. Effective collaboration with the business users and various stakeholders is required. Serves as mentor, advisor and guide to the team of developers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior developer to design, develop, and implement solution.
• Single point of contact for development for existing stack of applications and supporting production incidents.
• Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software applications.
• Manage and support SQL database environment, including production, testing, and development.
• Analyze complex technical information to determine risk, impact, and mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and assist with training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.
• Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand requirements.
• Guide development & support teams. Mentor team members. Technical / functional guidance on the application.
• Work on configuration changes.
