In the role of a Workforce Engagement Specialist you will be working in our Human Resources Department.
Summary
The Workforce Engagement Specialist plays a key role in the Office of Workforce Engagement (WE), contributing to organization wide engagement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention. This position supports the technical aspects of the MCW Engagement Survey, assists with the Employer of Choice strategy, and develops innovative programs to support workforce development, ensuring that engagement initiatives are cohesive, data-informed, and impactful across all levels of the organization.
The Workforce Engagement Specialist will work under the general direction of the Program Manager of Workforce Development. An ideal candidate is a forward-thinking professional with technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with peers, Managers, and HR Team Members.
Primary Responsibilities
MCW Engagement Survey
Functions as an internal subject matter expert on the organization's survey platform.
Serve as a supporting team member in assisting with components of the Employer of Choice strategy that supports MCW's goal of being recognized as a premier workplace.

Position Requirements :
Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum Required Experience : 1-2 years of increasingly responsible experience in employee engagement, organizational development, human resources, or workforce development.
Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Experience : 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement or Human Resources, with demonstrated success in leading or supporting departmental initiatives.
