We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing plumbing projects. The Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's plumbing systems. If you are a detail-oriented professional with over 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee, coordinate, and perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of plumbing equipment, appliances, pipes, radiators, etc.
• Inspect buildings for water and gas leaks, broken pipes, or other potential plumbing problems and arrange for repairs.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local and national building codes.
• Supervise a team of plumbers and participate in the hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Develop work schedules and assign jobs to plumbers, ensuring efficient distribution of workload.
• Coordinate with construction or project managers on job specifications and project goals.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients and submit reports on project progress and status to management.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the plumbing systems and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
