Connecting veterans with vets on hospice in your community!

North Memorial Hospice partners with "We Honor Veterans" program through the VA. The mission is to "Serve Those Who Served Us".

We are seeking local veterans in the surrounding metro area to pair up with a veteran on our hospice program. Many patients are able to open up to a fellow veteran more than they would with any other member of our care team. Help make a positive impact on a veteran at the end of their life by joining our North Memorial Hospice Volunteer team!

Flexible schedule to work with your life. Reminisce about military service, hear incredible veteran stories, and have the opportunity to honor our patient's military service with a pining ceremony with patient and family (see photos).
