Compensation :
$150,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leadsBuild rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communicationUnderstand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team memberMaintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactionsProvide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling processContribute to a smooth and positive client experienceQualifications :
Active Arizona Real Estate LicenseFull Time Realtor - 40+ hours per week, flexible availabilityLikable, Trainable, Willing To Learn, Ready To Contribute To Our Group, and Be In Service To OthersWants, Needs, or Loves Making Money (Realtoring is hard work; you need to want it)5 Completed Purchase or Listing Transactions in the last 2 years (We may waive this if you have a professional, military, or sales background)Strong people skills and natural relationship-building abilityHigh emotional intelligence and customer service orientationExcellent phone etiquette and email writing skillsCommission-based opportunity with upside earning potentialAbout Company
