Job Details

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Trial Attorney (Business Litigation) will possess the following qualifications :

• JD from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of three (5) years of experience in business litigation, with specific experience in real property and employment litigation.
• Demonstrated trial experience, including first chair trial experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
