Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans to enhance brand identity
  • Create marketing and public relations strategies to build relationships with media and key influencers
  • Serve as the spokesperson and lead point person for media interactions
  • Oversee daily communications activities, including budgeting, planning, and staff development
  • Manage and mentor the communications team to support strategy execution

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or with an agency
  • Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors
  • Extensive experience in writing and editing for various print and online communications media
  • Strong leadership experience in managing strategic communications, media relations, and marketing programs

  • Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic and flexible team leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives
