IMMEDIATE OPENING : Electro-Mechanical Technician (Brooksville, FL) with a Direct Path to a Permanent Career

Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician specializing in high-power industrial control systems? We are looking for a skilled professional to join a leading team, with the clear and explicit goal of transitioning into a permanent employee within approximately 3-6 months of starting!

This is a direct path to a stable, long-term career assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components, with a focus on mission-critical industrial machinery.

Industry : Manufacturing - Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)

Location : Brooksville, FL

Compensation :

2-4 Years' Experience : $20 - $23 Per Hour

5+ Years' Experience : $23+ Per Hour | You must have 3-Phase Motor & PLC Knowledge & Experience

Responsibilities :

This position works alongside our engineering team, providing crucial hands-on support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, continuous-operation industrial products.

• Assemble & fabricate actuators, motor control boards, power control systems, and switching modules
• Test & Troubleshoot issues with returned or defective industrial components
• Provide direct technical support to customers via the phone and email regarding installation and operation
• Generate and modify wiring diagrams for specialized product configurations

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
