A company is looking for a Paralegal with a passion for customer service in the LegalTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing legal documents to meet customer requirements
Providing customer support by addressing inquiries and managing requests related to services
Assisting customers with tech setup and ensuring proper administration of connections
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
Experience working with diverse companies across various industries
Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
