What You'll Bring
7+ years in Human Resources and employee relations within manufacturing and warehouse environments, with proven success in Workers' Compensation, ADA, and unemployment claims
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS systems and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Strong communicator, collaborative problem solver, and a proactive partner to leadership at all levels
