$60,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Entry Writer to join our dynamic client in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import / export regulations and be proficient in CargoWise software . This role involves preparing and processing documentation necessary for the clearance of goods through customs and ensuring compliance with government and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate documentation for the clearance of goods in compliance with customs and other government agencies.
• Utilize CargoWise software to enter data and manage logistics information effectively.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients to obtain necessary information and documents.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during the transit process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the freight industry.
