A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer responsible for architecting end-to-end learning journeys across its training ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead programmatic design work to ensure structured curriculum pathways align with learner progression and business priorities
Act as the primary point of contact for learning design quality feedback and coordinate with Delivery Operations on quality metrics
Initiate and manage learner improvement initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and learner satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in instructional or learning design with strong programmatic and curriculum design exposure
Proven expertise in learner journey mapping, curriculum structuring, and needs / gap analysis
Experience managing projects and leading initiatives across multiple teams
Technical skills in Learning Design tools and Learning Management Systems
