What You’ll Do
- Lead Audit Engagements : Plan, execute, and finalize audits for real estate and related industry clients.
- Deliver Quality Insights : Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with professional standards.
- Analyze & Advise : Evaluate financial statements, identify potential risks, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Mentor & Develop : Supervise and coach junior staff to ensure quality and professional growth.
- Client Interaction : Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and firm leadership.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.Certification : CPA license required (or near completion).Experience : 6–8 years in public accounting with a strong background in real estate audits.Skills : Solid understanding of GAAP, audit procedures, and exceptional communication and analytical abilities.Why is This a Great Opportunity
