What You’ll Do

  • Lead Audit Engagements : Plan, execute, and finalize audits for real estate and related industry clients.
  • Deliver Quality Insights : Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with professional standards.
  • Analyze & Advise : Evaluate financial statements, identify potential risks, and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Mentor & Develop : Supervise and coach junior staff to ensure quality and professional growth.
  • Client Interaction : Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and firm leadership.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Certification : CPA license required (or near completion).
  • Experience : 6–8 years in public accounting with a strong background in real estate audits.
  • Skills : Solid understanding of GAAP, audit procedures, and exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
