Requires knowledge of product and feature analytics, data analysis tools and techniques, research for analysis activities, documentation procedures, modern industry practices, and emerging trends. To independently or with minimal guidance conduct activities for product feature analytics with an understanding of simple trends and insights. Monitors, collects, and structures data and evaluates results. Supports the identification and application of tools and techniques. Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of exploratory data analysis.
Driving Customer Client Needs
Requires knowledge of customer and business problems, design thinking, dependencies and impacts on product processes, journey mapping, process optimization, communication and influencing techniques. To build and maintain consistent relationships with customers and proactively identify customer needs. Creates scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences. Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs to make decisions. Designs and implements new barrier-free processes. Coaches team members to improve focus on the customer.
Product Roadmap and Development
Requires knowledge of product roadmap development techniques, roadmap presentation, roadmap features and items, project management techniques, modern business practices, Agile methodologies, Scrum, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) creation, product development lifecycles, product development concepts. To develop and own roadmaps across a complex product. Ensures and drives communication for internal and external stakeholders. Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
