We are hiring immediately! Our skilled nursing facility in Lake Placid, Florida is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3PM to 11PM evening shift .

This role includes a $4.50 / hr shift differential , a $3,000 sign-on bonus , and access to daily pay , along with holiday pay and benefits for eligible employees .

Position : RN or LPN – Evening Shift (3PM–11PM)

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting

Administer medications and treatments as directed

Monitor resident conditions and document changes

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team

Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing standards

Qualifications

Active Florida RN or LPN license (required)

CPR certification (required)

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required

Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to start immediately is highly preferred

3PM to 11PM (Evening Shift)
