Associate Attorney- Business Litigation

We are partnered up with a boutique litigation firm in San Diego that handles business litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, CEQA, appellate and employment litigation. Their clients include corporations, individuals and agencies. They are widely recognized with regional and national law firms and have extensive experience as lead counsel in jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Seeking a civil litigation attorney with 3+ years of general civil litigation experience, ideally looking for a background in complex litigation, business litigation (not insurance defense).
• Judicial internships are credited when evaluating years of experience.
