Nutrition Coordinator

Nutrition Coordinator position is responsible for generating production sheets for kitchen staff based on the needs / wants of the Skilled Nursing residents in accordance with federal and state regulations and Solvang Lutheran Home, Inc. policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must pass state required physical, and TB test.
• Must be fingerprinted and free of conviction.
• Must have knowledge and experience in food service in an institutional facility.
• Must have basic understanding of computer software, i.e. Excel and Word.
• Experience in clinical, managerial and organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, receive written and oral instructions and possess good interaction skills.
• Must adhere to department dress code.
• Must be able to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Salary Range : $21.00 to $29.68
