Domino's Pizza in Troy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 131 N Lincoln Dr. As a vital member of our store, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service and quality products.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
