Salary : $22.00 / hourly
Qualifications :
- A staff member who is able to demonstrate and document competency in the work to be performed and has :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
General Responsibilities :
The QMHP is responsible for providing community based clinical necessary services to the client in accordance with the treatment plan that is designed to meet the mental health, educational, vocational, residential, financial, social, etc. needs of the consumer.Other responsibilities include :
Maintain a caseload of 2-10 clientsAttend monthly supervisions, trainings and team meetings as scheduledServe as an intricate member of the clinical field team to ensure continuity of care and supports the services 24 hours a day, seven days per week as necessaryProvides structured face-to-face scheduled sessions to client based on the treatment planProvide services in the home, school, office and community settingEnsure that the majority of mental health services are primarily rendered in the community and ensure that limited services remain clinic basedComplete documentation within 72 hours of serviceWork collaboratively with and provide ongoing updates to the clinical team, including psychiatrist as neededComplete and attest to completion of all mandatory training as identified by supervisorAbility to work efficiently and effectively both individually and as part of a teamAbility to appropriately accept feedback through the supervision process; thus, displaying the willingness to learn, grow, and improveWell organized and adaptableDemonstrates good insight and judgementEffective conflict resolution skillsProvide skill building and case management services to clientsSubmit reports timelyEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with children and families to deliver skills through approved curriculumAbility to support the agency's culture, growth, and success through communication, accountability, and positivity
