Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to manage tasks related to application implementation and support the Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret vendor release notes and support the rollout of servicing system features

Gather requirements to create documentation, test cases, and coordinate user testing

Analyze data and troubleshoot issues, providing recommendations to the product team

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

A degree in IT / Computer Science preferred

Knowledge of terminology and practices within the mortgage industry

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

In-depth knowledge of MSP, with at least 3 years of recent experience working with MSP / Director 7
