Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – In-Home | Baltimore, MD (21218)

Full-Time | $21.50–$26.00 / hr (based on experience & certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support communication, social development, and daily living skills for children with autism. We are hiring an experienced RBT to provide in-home ABA services for a consistent client in the Baltimore, MD (21218) area.

Position Highlights

  • Setting : In-home ABA therapy (Baltimore, MD – 21218)
  • Status : Full-time
  • Schedule : Consistent weekday hours
  • Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Pay Range : $21.50–$26.00 / hr (based on certification and experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home
  • Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and the supervising BCBA
  • Maintain a supportive, structured learning environment

    • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience , preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Dependable, professional, and punctual

    • Preferred :

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
