Account Manager (Sales) Seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth through account management, new business development, and project coordination. This role manages a diverse client portfolioincluding builders, general contractors, and end userswhile ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving branch margin goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
- Prospect and secure new accounts quarterly; deliver bids, proposals, and sales presentations
- Support margin growth through pricing actions and product expansion
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution and timely installations
- Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, contracts, and forecasts
- Resolve issues quickly and proactively improve customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience15 years' sales, account management, or industry related experience with proven resultsFlooring, tile, cabinetry, or countertop industry knowledge a plusStrong communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS OfficeAbility to read builder blueprints beneficialWillingness to travel locally / regionally (greater Puget sound area)Salary range $26.00-$28.00 + commission
