The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Human Resilience solution, helping organizations drive sustainable behavior change and reduce human risk. In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert on our target buyers and competitors, laying the foundation for market success. As a thought leader, you'll educate the market on how to move beyond compliance-based security awareness training toward human risk management. You'll also define how human resilience fits into the broader story of an integrated collaboration security platform that safeguards trusted interactions across email, cloud, and collaboration channels.

Partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you'll create impactful messaging, launch plans, and sales tools that drive demand and field success. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and hands-on marketera proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows when to challenge and when to lean in.
