Description - Conduct thorough evaluations utilizing standardized tests and observation for pediatric to geriatric populations.
- Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs, addressing both immediate and long-range goals.
- Administer personalized speech therapy focused on enhancing communication, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate closely with a team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to develop holistic care plans.
- Provide education for patients and their families to support therapeutic progress outside of clinical settings.
- Occasionally assist with inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with all regulatory standards.

Education - A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not already ASHA-certified.
Certifications - State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
