Overview
As the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver a high-quality menu while inspiring staff to excel in customer service. You will oversee revenue, profitability, and quality objectives, and manage operations to uphold high standards in production, productivity, quality, and customer service. Strong management skills and experience in both front and back of house operations are essential. This industry functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality menu while guiding and coaching staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality objectives.
- Oversee efficient restaurant operations and uphold high standards in production, productivity, quality, and guest service.
- Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED, or work equivalent.Experience : 1-2 years in food and beverages (preferred); 3-5 years in food service; previous training in liquor, wine, and food service.Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol.Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.Certification in alcohol awareness and food handling; guest / customer relations training is a plus.Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Supervisory experience : 2-3 years of leadership experience.Knowledge of various food service styles.Additional Information
