Select Physical Therapy is seeking an In-Home Staff Physical Therapist in Indianapolis
Schedule : Monday through Friday
Compensation : $74000 to $90000 based on years of experience

Our Select Physical Therapy team is looking for a licensed and experienced compassionate and driven In-Home Physical Therapist. This is a treating clinical position and travel will be required to different home care settings between centers doctors offices and to our patients homes for therapy treatments. In-Home Staff Physical Therapist evaluates plans and administers physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries muscle nerve joint and bone disorders or diagnoses to restore function relieve pain and prevent disability.Travel is required to different home care settings between clinics doctors offices and to patients homes.Evaluates the home environment for rehab and make appropriate recommendations to increase the independence of the client.Develop prepare and maintain individualized client care progress records with accuracy timeliness and according to agency policy and procedures.Supervise physical therapy assistants by directing participating in and presenting continuing education programs; and assume administrative / supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the director.Educate client / caregiver and health care teams in the phases of physical therapy in which they may assist the client in the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices and durable medical equipment as appropriate.Qualifications
Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment.Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist.Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted drivers license.CPR certification or complete training required.Additional Data
