Lead Software Engineer

Location : OKC - Onsite (Must have an active Secret Clearance)

Compensation : $100,000-150,000 per year (depending on experience) + excellent benefits

Type : Direct Hire

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to lead a team of 5-8 developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using C#. This role provides the opportunity to work in a smaller, flexible team environment with significant growth potential and excellent benefits, including every other Friday off.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using C#.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define project requirements.
• Ensure software quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing (unit, integration, regression).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while contributing to technical documentation.
• Drive the development of scalable, high-performance solutions.
