What You’ll Do

• Deliver insights that drive growth and strategic outcomes by analyzing growth levers, funnel and marketing performance, and customer journeys to surface opportunities affecting revenue, LTV : CAC, and retention.
• Build reporting and dashboards : develop scalable dashboards and reporting in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Looker, Amplitude, etc.) from raw data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Continuously improve data quality and governance, ensuring metrics align with Finance and Data & Analytics teams.
• Experimentation & testing : partner with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to design and analyze A / B tests, feature launches, and campaigns with rigorous methodology and clear recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to increase speed, depth, and scalability of your work (data cleaning, summarization, visualization, forecasting).
• Translate complex analyses into simple, compelling narratives for executives, product managers, and marketers to drive action.
• Cross-functional collaboration : work with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to align on KPIs, share insights, and influence decision-making.
• Documentation : write clear analysis documents including assumptions, methods, and business implications.
