Currently seeking a Data Processor for a leading logistics company in the Cleveland Area. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, ability to compute monotonous tasks into a field template that is then processed as a paid freight bill.

This position would require the below functionalities and job duties :

• Data Entry
• Open mail / Prepping mail
• Customer Service (provide client and carrier support by telephone, e-mail and the web)
• Learn, enforce and maintain client Business Rules
• Record, maintain, enter and / or verify current carrier rates
• Understand, maintain and possibly write AutoCoder rules
• Document Customer Change requests
• Monitor files from clients and carriers
• Prepare / mail / follow -up on client and carrier reports
• Be aware of in-process queues and maintain payment of transactions to defined terms
• Resolve Bills of Lading not on file
• Resolve Out-of-Balance accounts
• Meet assigned daily quotas for processing transactions
• Scanning (either at your workstation or at a physical scanner machine)
• Teleform Job Quality Control and Verification
