Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience for a rotating day / night schedule and Epic EMR proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a freestanding emergency room setting in the CT department
  • 1 : 1 patient-to-technologist ratio is maintained
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week with both day (7 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM) and night (7 : 00 PM–7 : 00 AM) options
  • Every other weekend coverage is required
  • No floating between units in this assignment
  • Use of the Epic EMR system is required
  • All travelers may be expected to float within the state if needed
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and may not live within 50 miles of the facility
  • Requested time off must be declared at the time of application, as changes post-submittal may not be approved
  • Minimal to no requested time off is preferred
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment

  • Minimum of 1 year recent CT technologist experience
  • License required if applicable
  • Required certifications must be provided for consideration
  • Two supervisory references from the past three years in a comparable specialty or setting
  • Experience using Epic EMR required
  • Social Security card and driver’s license required
  • COVID and Flu vaccination documentation required
