Salary : Up to $250,000 + Equity

$200,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Drive

Own and scale the data and machine learning infrastructure powering a cutting-edge AI‑driven patent system. Build and maintain systems that move, clean, and organize massive patent datasets (15TB+), manage cloud resources on Google Cloud, and orchestrate reliable pipelines for model training and updates. Ensure data and AI workflows run efficiently, scale smoothly, and remain resilient.

What You’ll Focus On

  • Architect and optimize distributed systems for high‑volume data processing (20M+ API requests daily)
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Kubernetes, RunPod, Cuda) for ML and data workloads
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines for cleaning, organizing, and serving large‑scale patent data
  • Set up and maintain reliable, scalable workflows for model training and deployment

Who You Are

  • 5–12 years experience in backend, data, or ML infrastructure engineering
  • Proven track record building and scaling distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong technical foundation in Python, PostgreSQL, Celery, and DevOps tooling
  • Experience with large‑scale data pipelines and ML infrastructure
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
