Overview

This Senior IT Manager position oversees our SCM IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing teams, deploying solutions, and executing on technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight

Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and business priorities.

Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Oversee IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure the reliability and performance of IT applications, and support services.

Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.

Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to the organization, ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.

Forecasting costs and management of team financials.

Work with Corporate Supply Chain Teams to identify technological needs and implement effective solutions that support business growth.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree in business is preferred.

At least 5-8 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record in supply chain solution development and deployment.

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, Supply Chain Procurement applications, and AWS cloud technology.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a high-performance culture within the IT department.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders of all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.

Demonstrated success working across multi-site, multicultural organizations with cross-functional teams.
