$500,000+ comp / incentive package at a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in a lake community in Minnesota

Opportunity Details :

  • 4-Day Work Week - Outpatient practice
  • An established team of 11 primary care physicians and 20 advanced practice providers
  • Manageable 16-20 patients per day with ancillary provider support

Compensation Details :

  • $300,000+ earning potential from a guaranteed base salary and production incentive bonuses
  • $200,000 Sign On Bonus, retention, loan; bundled
  • Relocation Assistance - $15,000
