Sous Chef (Japanese Speaking Required)

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sous Chef with strong leadership skills and fluency in Japanese. This role supports the Executive Chef in overseeing BOH operations, supervising kitchen staff, and executing refined, innovative dishes that reflect the ethos of the House of AN.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily BOH operations and ensure consistent food quality
Lead and inspire the line, mentoring junior chefs and cooks
Collaborate on menu development, food costing, and inventory control
Communicate clearly in both English and Japanese with staff and purveyors
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Requirements :
2–4+ years of experience in a Sous Chef role
Japanese fluency required (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities
Experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens preferred
Passion for Asian cuisine and innovation
