Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze multi-channel marketing performance (SEO, SEM, email, social, paid media, content) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and key metric tracking.
- Deliver insights to stakeholders across the business to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Conduct attribution modeling, conversion funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to improve the customer lifecycle.
Campaign Optimization
- Collaborate with campaign managers to test and refine marketing efforts using A/B testing, segmentation, and performance data.
- Use data to inform creative, messaging, and targeting decisions across all digital channels.
- Ensure campaigns are measured effectively with clear KPIs and consistent tracking.
CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot-Focused)
- Hands-on manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and list management.
- Design and implement automated marketing workflows and nurture programs to drive engagement and retention.
- Leverage HubSpot data to deliver personalized communications throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, structure, and scalability to support long-term marketing operations.
Operational Efficiency
- Evaluate and improve marketing processes, ensuring efficient execution and accurate tracking.
- Manage marketing technology stack with a focus on integration, data flow, and scalability.
- Own budget tracking, ROI analysis, and performance forecasting.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing insights and strategy.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to support data-driven campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members or analysts in analytics tools, reporting, and marketing data literacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, with 3+ years in a data-focused role.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub — including workflows, reporting, lead management, and automation.
- Strong experience with marketing analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel).
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance metrics.
- Experience managing campaign attribution models, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimization.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO/SEM analytics.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend based on performance data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills; able to present data and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Preferred: Experience working in a lead generation company, with a focus on measurable customer acquisition and funnel optimization.
